A law in your region requires age verification for adult sites. Here the start button is only a plain link; the age proof is requested by the partner site itself, and the guide stays open to read.

We write every article and draw every symbol on gay-roulette.com ourselves. If something you created still ended up here without your permission, one complete notice gets it removed.

1. What the notice needs

Use the contact form, reason “Copyright”. 17 U.S.C. 512(c)(3) asks for these elements:

  • Which work. Name it; when many works are affected, a representative list is enough.
  • Where. Paste the link to the exact page here that shows it.
  • Who you are. Full name, phone, email and postal address.
  • Good faith belief. One sentence that nobody entitled to allow this use – rights holder, agent or statute – has allowed it.
  • Penalty of perjury. Swear (penalty of perjury) that every detail in your notice is true and that the copyright is yours, or held by the client you are acting for.
  • Signature. Physical or electronic; a typed full name counts.

2. How we handle it

You get a confirmation that the notice reached us. We then examine the page. Complete notices lead to prompt removal or blocking of the material. The person who provided it is told, if we can identify them. An incomplete notice is answered with a list of the missing elements.

3. Counter-notice after a removal

Believe the takedown was an error? Then tell us what was removed and where it was shown before. Swear, under penalty of perjury, that in good faith you consider it taken down by mistake or because it was misidentified. Add your telephone number, name and address, agree that the federal court of your home district may decide the matter (outside the US: any district where we can be sued), and sign. If 10–14 business days pass and the complainant has not informed us of a court case, the material may return.

4. Streams and profiles on other services

Webcam services keep their own streams, profile pictures and chat logs; none of it is stored on gay-roulette.com. Notices about such content belong with the service that hosts it. Ask us, and we will additionally drop any link of ours leading there.

5. Notices made in bad faith

17 U.S.C. 512(f) allows damages against anyone who knowingly misrepresents an infringement. Make sure of your claim first.
